What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.

How do I find the property?

Arrival information is sent before check-in. Guests use the lower tarred driveway and follow the estate entry details provided before arrival.

What is the difference between Harmony and Haven?

Harmony is the private two-bedroom villa with wide valley views and a large deck. Haven is the studio retreat beneath the Queenslander, suited to one or two guests.

Do I need a 4WD?

No. The property is accessible by normal passenger vehicles. Please drive slowly on rural roads and within the estate.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Guest Wi-Fi details are provided in the guest hub and check-in information.

What TV and streaming is available?

Harmony uses the Apple TV through HDMI 1. Guests can use the complimentary streaming setup or AirPlay from their own device.

Is there air-conditioning?

Yes. Air-conditioning is provided and managed with sensible comfort limits for guest comfort and energy efficiency.

Can I use the BBQ?

Yes, where provided. Please follow the BBQ safety instructions, especially in wind or dry conditions.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not permitted because Hinterland Harmony Estate is a rural property with livestock, wildlife, dams and fenced paddocks. This is for the safety of guests, animals and pets.

Do you have livestock on the property?

Yes. Guests may see livestock in surrounding paddocks. Please do not enter fenced paddocks or approach animals unless invited.

Is the property suitable for children?

Children are welcome under adult supervision. The estate has rural features including dams, fencing, stairs, decks, wildlife and working-property areas.

Can I bring visitors?

No. Only registered guests may access the property. This protects guest privacy, security and the quiet rural setting.

Is EV charging available?

No. EV charging is not available on the property and guests must not plug electric vehicles into property power outlets. Use the official NSW EV charging map for nearby public charging options.

Can I see the live estate weather?

Yes. The Live Weather page shows temperature, humidity, rainfall and vineyard soil moisture recorded from the estate weather station and sensors.

How far is Byron Bay?

Byron Bay is approximately 35–40 minutes away via Bangalow, depending on traffic and conditions.

Where do you recommend for breakfast?

Mark’s favourite breakfast recommendation is WOODS Bangalow. Doma Café in Federal is another relaxed village option.

Where do you recommend for dinner close by?

The Eltham Hotel is a strong dinner recommendation and only around 10 minutes away, with great country pub food and atmosphere.

Do guests receive a local guide?

Yes. The website includes a private-branded local guide with Mark’s recommendations, local favourites, map links and sightseeing ideas.

Are direct bookings available?

Direct bookings are being prepared. Airbnb remains available while the direct booking system is finalised.
